In Store Pickup
We are located in Lakeland, Florida and there is a delivery option for local residents who want to pick up their items in store. Items eligible for in store pickup on the same day must be purchased before 1:00 pm eastern time. Please note we have separate facilities for inventory and items purchased may not be available immediately.
To have your items shipped to the store, you must choose “Pickup” for the shipping option. Your shipping fee will be waived, and our staff will know to ship to the store. Orders placed after 1 pm Friday and throughout the weekend for pickup may not be available in store until Tuesday after 10:00 am. If you need an item immediately, please contact us at (813)525-7377 and we may be able to assist you.
Please note your items will be held in store for you to pick up. If items are not picked up within 10 days, customer refuses the right to exchange, or get store credit for their items and the sale becomes final. If the item has not been picked up after 30 days, customer refuses the right to claim their items and no refund or store credit will be provided. If a customer decides they would like the items shipped instead, they can request an invoice for shipping and items can be sent to the address they provide. By selecting in store pick up, the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Kode Name Fly, LLC.
