Shipping

Shipping is $7 for all orders under $75 and free on orders $75 and over.  Items ship out 1-3 days after order is received and take 2-5 business days to be delivered. 1-Day shipping is available for Domestic Orders for an additional fee.  Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.  We are not responsible for shipping delays due to holidays or inclement weather. Orders made before 1:00 pm Eastern Time are shipped the same day.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided via email when the shipping label is created.  

Express Shipping

Orders placed before 1:00 pm Eastern Time will receive their package in 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 pm Eastern Time will ship the next business day.  Some geographical locations do not offer next day shipping, if this is the case, please contact our Customer Service Department.

Please note shipping fulfillment can be delayed due to holidays, inclement weather, and on sale days due to large number of orders. Express orders are always sent out Priority.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Kode Name Fly, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

International Shipping

We offer USPS International Shipping. International orders take 1-3 days to ship out plus 6-10 days to be delivered. (SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED AS THERE CAN BE DELAYS DUE TO HOLIDAYS, BAD WEATHER, AND OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. Your patience is greatly appreciated). Shipping prices are calculated by weight at checkout.

Kode Name Fly is not responsible for any customs fees assessed by the receiving country. If your package has not been delivered after 10 days of being shipped, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777) or your countries’ postal service to inquire about our package. Most likely the package has not been delivered because it is being held by customs and is pending a retrieval fee. Any unclaimed packages will be sent back to Kode Name Fly and cannot be refunded or resent. A credit may be issued at the discretion of Customer Service .
